388wim Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the 388wim platform, visiting the website at 388wim.pro, or using any service offered by 388wim in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the account holder and 388wim as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the 388wim platform in any form. Access to the platform is conditional on acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 388wim account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account activity:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — accounts cannot be held by companies, organisations or automated systems.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 388wim or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or using the account.

388wim reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one 388wim account only. The opening, use or management of more than one account by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. Any information you provide — including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number and email address — must be truthful and verifiable. 388wim is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 388wim support immediately via live chat or email.

Account usernames and display names must not contain offensive language, impersonate other users or brands, or include any content that 388wim deems inappropriate. 388wim reserves the right to modify or request a change to any account name that violates these guidelines.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 388wim are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan-based players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet services as listed in the Cashier section.

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the Cashier. 388wim does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are beyond our control and are your responsibility to check in advance.

• Funds deposited are credited to your account balance in PKR upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.
• Deposits made in error — incorrect amounts, wrong accounts, or duplicate transactions — should be reported to support immediately. Resolution timelines depend on the payment method used.
• Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Funding an account using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted.
• 388wim reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before processing withdrawals from a corresponding balance.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the standard processing window, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number and the relevant payment method details.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 388wim are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timelines are listed in the Withdrawal section of your account.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, identity verification must be fully completed. This requires submission and approval of a valid CNIC. 388wim recommends completing this step immediately after registration to avoid delays when requesting your first withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during operational hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within hours; bank transfers follow standard inter-bank processing timelines.
• Funds originating from bonus credits may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6.
• 388wim reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Providing false information during this process will result in account closure.
• If your withdrawal is declined or delayed, you will be contacted by support with a reason. You may be asked to provide additional documentation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

388wim offers bonuses and promotional incentives including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and free bingo tickets. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 388wim unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute less or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed per promotion.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, household or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements on a bonus, any remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited, with only real-money funds returned.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 388wim covers cricket, football, esports, tennis and other disciplines. All bets are subject to the general rules in these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, event and market type.

• Bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before reaching a valid result, bets are voided and stakes returned unless specific rules state otherwise (for example, in cricket if minimum overs are completed for a DLS result).
• In-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays during live events to account for data feed latency. Any bets placed during a verified delay may be voided at 388wim's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the betting interface before placing a bet.
• In cases of obvious system errors in odds — for example, a team at odds clearly incompatible with the actual event — 388wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any single leg is voided (for example, due to event cancellation), that leg is removed and the accumulator resets accordingly at reduced odds.

8. Casino, Slots and Bingo

All casino games, slots and bingo rooms available on 388wim use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and 388wim has no influence over individual results within any game session.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots and table games are published by the individual game providers. These percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the interrupted round may be voided and the stake returned. Where a result can be verified, it stands.
• Progressive jackpot awards in slots or bingo are subject to verification before payment. 388wim reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending review in cases where technical anomalies are suspected.
• Bingo wins are automatically detected and credited. In cases of disputed results, the server-side game log is the authoritative record of the outcome.
• Players may not use external tools, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with games on 388wim. Any detected use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 388wim. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 388wim.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage including registration, verification or support interactions.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or attempting to withdraw to a third-party account.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, bonus loopholes or any unintended behaviour of the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion in poker or bingo, or any arrangement intended to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems or scripts to interact with any part of the 388wim platform.
• Money laundering or using 388wim accounts to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any backend system of 388wim.

10. Responsible Gaming

388wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides the following self-management tools accessible through account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily pause account access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform for 6 months up to 5 years.

12. Limitation of Liability

388wim provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

• 388wim is not liable for any loss of funds arising from player decisions, including bets placed and lost through normal game outcomes.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, any funds in the account derived from prohibited activity — including bonuses obtained through abuse or winnings from fraudulent bets — may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will typically be returned after a review period.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason, including responsible gaming purposes, may contact support to initiate the process. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority.

14. Changes to These Terms

388wim may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notification will be posted on the platform and/or sent to registered email addresses. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 388wim following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
